Shipping and Returns
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you wish for a bed to be shipped internationally please contact us for a quote.
From the date you place your order, you can expect to receive your bed within two weeks due to personalisation and shipping time.
We offer free shipping Australia wide.
Our shipping rates are flat rates to New Zealand and are listed below:
One bed - $19.95 AUD
Two beds - $39.95 AUD
If there are any unforeseen delays in your shipment we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you have any queries about your order please feel free to contact us, we would love to hear from you.
As the beds are personalised we do not offer returns unless the bed is faulty.
Every bed is personally checked and packed with care prior to posting and as the beds are soft there should be no damage owing to transit.
As per our FAQs it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pet does not scratch or chew the bed and any daily wear and tear is not considered ‘faulty’.
If you wish to return a faulty bed, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days. Please do not return a bed without prior approval from us.
If you do return a faulty bed please note the below:
- We do not cover the return postage.
- We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit.
- All returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
- We will not refund or exchange any items that have been lost in transit
- Refunds are credited to the original card or PayPal account that the customer paid with. This may take up to one week depending on the banks.
